     It is with gratitude that we were awarded, from "Cox Funds of the Central Indiana Community Foundation", a grant for the support of our capital preservation project for Roberts Chapel and Roberts Chapel Cemetery. These funds will be used for repairs to the Chapel soffit, foundation, privacy fences, restoration of two pews, and repairs to three gravestones, including that of Elijah Roberts. We are grateful to have been selected among the African American historic sites in Indiana. Stay tuned---we'll keep you updated on our progress.
